HR BUSINESS PARTNER - TUPE EXPERT – NHS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Facilities Management company in the NHS sector requires a TUPE expert to work as an HR Business Partner.
It would be highly advantageous if you had experience of working within the NHS or private and have TUPE experience.
·Employee Relations Expert – grievances, disciplinaries & tribunals
·TUPE transactions in and out
·Understanding of the NHS Agenda for Change
·Training of line managers in ER issues
·Roll out of new HR policies and procedures
