A position has been identified for an experienced HR professional to lead the HR operations for the EMEAregion.
Candidates must have experience of designing and implementing HR processes, preferably on an international level. Strong experience in dealing with German works councils is essential while experience with European works councils is highly desirable.
Candidates should have managed cross country teams and be comfortable managing teams remotely.
Experience in international change projects would be ideal.
For this role English and German are required at business level.
