The Role
Working as part of the business leadership team you will provide a stand alone professional HR consultancy service to the EMEA region. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of key HR processes for the region and build strong relationships with the key stakeholders to ensure processes are embedded effectively.
Supporting a growing workforce, you will champion organisational development, employee relations and initiate change programmes, as well as working with other specialists to deliver learning and development, employee engagement and other services to the business.

The Person
We are looking for an HR professional who has previous experience working across EMEA region. You will be used to playing the lead role in key HR initiatives and will have worked to identify business needs and driven forward HR solutions, demonstrating the effect on the business. You will be commercially minded, with a resilient and flexible approach and will enjoy having a great deal of autonomy in your role.
We are looking for an intelligent, commercially aware HR Business Partner who can communicate at all levels, demonstrate flexibility and proven leadership qualities. You will be a strong relationship builder with a pragmatic approach. Creditability, gravitas, confidence, and the ability to influence and persuade are paramount to the success of this role.
Previous experience of working with the EMEA region is vital to be considered for this role.
