I am currently recruiting for a CIPD qualified HR Business Partner.
You will be working alongside business leaders influencing the strategy to ensure the best use of people to enable the organisation to meet the future business challenges.
The role will involve working in partnership with the business on all aspects of employee relations to promote an employer of choice ethic whilst ensuring that the operational needs of the business are met.
Ideally the successful applicant will have a proven track record of hands on experience within a generalist role
