Are you a HR Business Partner with Central Government experience?
Are you immediately available for a three to six month regional role based in the Newcastle area?
Our client is a large, Central Government that is looking to recruit a Business partner to complete the following:
Key Tasks
*Support the creation of an effective Strategic and Operational HR plan for the business in line with HR strategy and plans and the strategic and operational plans of the Inspectorate.
*Provide strategic and tactical HR guidance to the Site Heads/Corporate Functional Heads and the management team on all people related matters through providing effective technical advice, guidance and coaching on all HR matters e.g. performance management, employee relations, skills and career development, resourcing and workforce planning, change management.
*Ensure the consistent application of HR Policies across the Inspectorate.
*Advise on the impacts of cross HR projects and initiatives
*Act as the key interface with other HR Business Partners Corporate HR Policy, HR Recruitment and HR Services teams within the HR Directorate.
*Accountable to the Senior HR Business Partner for ensuring their resource is effectively deployed to meet business demands.
