HR Business Partner - Tower Hill - £37,000 - 38,000pa
Our client is a fast paced, highly commercial organisation that provides a vital service to businesses throughout London and the UK. They have plans to double in size over the next 2 years by organic growth and acquisition which makes it an exciting time to be in their HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR in this new role as HR Business Partner you will be working with and upskilling the management team, you will set and deliver your own strategy aligned to the business needs at a time of high sales targets and growth. You will be based from the companies Head Office at Tower Hill where you will deal with senior management on a daily basis. You will also be expected to visit operational sites throughout the London area and in the Midlands, where you will be dealing with shop floor employees and managers. You should therefore have the confidence and gravitas to deal professionally with people at all levels in the business.
You will have a strong generalist background, be used to working as a business partner, and have strength in ER and TUPE work. Ideally degree and MCIPD qualified, you will have good commercial acumen, a down to earth approach to work and be used to a high energy environment.
