Reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and innovative HR solutions to senior leaders and business managers to address strategic business issues. You will operate in a specific business area on a rotational basis of 18 months and will be based in business locations with one day per week spent in the Human Resource Division.

- MCIPD qualified or able to demonstrate equivalent substantial work experience;
- A commercial astuteness and experience of operating as a Senior HR Generalist within a complex environment.
- Experience of supporting and delivering business change programmes, in a complex and unionised organisation;
- Experience of successful strategy development and translating strategy into operational plans;
- Experience of resource planning, job design to fulfil current and future business requirements;
- Understanding of leading edge HR services, principles and techniques, and their application and associated issues in complex organisations;
