Reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and innovative HR solutions to senior leaders and business managers to address strategic business issues. You will operate in a specific business area on a rotational basis of 18 months and will be based in business locations with one day per week spent in the Human Resource Division.
