HR CO-ORDINATOR /ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: Doncaster, Selby, Goole
SALARY AND BENEFITS: £17,000
SUMMARY: A splendid opportunity has arisen for a HR Co-ordinator /Administrator to work within the HR function of a large, successful multinational company.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Proven ability as a HR Co-ordinator /Administrator
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong IT skills (Word/Excel)
- Sound working knowledge of HR and standards policies
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- A CPP Qualification or equivalent academic grade
ROLE INFORMATION:
- The HR Co-ordinator /Administrator will carry out recruitment to ensure achievement of agreed manning levels, quality and skill requirements
- The HR Co-ordinator /Administrator will co-ordinate the weekly management process
- The HR Co-ordinator /Administrator will provide advice on day to day issues referring to standard HR policies
- The HR Co-ordinator /Administrator will provide admin support to the HR team
- The HR Co-ordinator /Administrator will ensure all HR systems are up to date and accurate
- The HR Co-ordinator /Administrator will write reports and provide statistical information as required by the business
- The HR Co-ordinator /Administrator will carry out project work when required
- The HR Co-ordinator /Administrator will advice and support on the first stages of the disciplinary process with line managers
