Our Client, a leading Financial company based in Dorking, is looking for two HR Consultants to join a new team.
Working for one of 5 Business Partners, you will be responsible for all HR related matters in order to maximise the potential of the department.
* Delivers internal consultancy proactively within a project environment
* Advising on general strategic and complex operational HR matters
* Build and manage strong relationships with multiple Stakeholders and Managers
* Work with the Business Partners to co-ordinate, manage and deliver well managed programmes / projects in support of the HR function
* Provide ongoing consultation and deliver processes and tools that facilitate the administration
BACKGROUND REQUIRED
* CIPD qualification essential
* Strong HR Generalist experience
* Ideally someone from a Financial organisation
* Experience of managing a complex corporate project end to end including change management
* TUPE experience
* Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions
* People management
* Experience of working at Director level
* Someone who has a strong business awareness
* Innovative and creative problem solving and decision making skills
* Ability to be self-sufficient and handle effective decision making in a complex environment
