A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Database Manager to join a friendly charity based in the Greenwich area.
Our client is currently looking for a Database Manager to join their HR team. This role is ideal for an experienced Database Manager.
Key duties and responsibilities include:-
- Daily application and database maintenance
- Assist in application upgrade and data migration when new release available from provider
- Participate in the architecture and design of cross organisational projects.
- Data consolidation to ensure data quality
- Customised queries/reports creation
- Managing relationship with 3rd party software provider
- The ideal candidate will also have software development experience
- Identifies needs of internal and external customers and strives to deliver a prompt, effective and personalised service.
- Monitors and acts on customer feedback, picking up cues regarding customer satisfaction.
- Understands client requirements by focusing on their needs
