Seetec is looking for a high calibre HR Director to add value to the organisations wider Business agenda. Seetec employs over 700 staff in 50 locations, successfully running government or privately funded programmes. Due to the organisations expansion and growth, this new opportunity has arisen at Head Office. Reporting into the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will be pivotal to an exciting commercial change agenda within Seetec. Your main focus would be on developing, implementing as well as driving the Human Resources Strategy. If you have a proven track record of introducing strategic plans as well as managing change effectively, you would excel in this high powered position.The successful candidate will have the following skill sets and experience:
- Enthusiasm to lead organisational and cultural change to achieve business goals
- Experience in dealing at board level, as well as business acumen to be part of their current Executive Board
- Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic projects
- A confident, independent and effective decision maker
- Practical knowledge of maximising change in an effective manner
- Degree Level and fully CIPD qualified
