This company is at the forefront of providing energy and carbon advisory, risk management, investment and transaction management services to a large and diversified client base that includes corporations, government bodies and electricity developers. The company is now in a strong growth period and requires a Human Resources Manager to support the delivery of these growth targets.
The HR Manager will provide a full generalist service to London and other locations. Your remit will be everything from strategic planning through to operational delivery, in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a strong senior management team.
Ideally CIPD qualified with at least 2 years’ experience, you must bring skills and experience from a similar sector, where you have applied flexible and pragmatic HR solutions to an expanding business. Your influencing skills at the most senior level will be well honed, helped by your belief in the commercial advantages HR brings to a business such as our company’s.
