HR Manager/Business Partner - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - London/Central/East London (flexible) - £37,000 - £42,000 DOE + Car Allowance
Iron Mountain offers comprehensive records management, data protection and information destruction solutions along with the expertise and experience to address complex information challenges such as rising storage costs, litigation, regulatory compliance and disaster recovery.
We are recruiting for a HR Manager/Business Partner whose function will be to provide Human Resource leadership to Iron Mountain locations in and around London. You will provide a generalist HR support service throughout the assigned region to the Head of Service delivery, various line managers and employees as required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with the head of UK HR Operations to implement and drive best practices and policies
- Assisting the continued development of the UK business in line with business strategy
- Managing day to day HR issues, ensuring service excellence and legal compliance at all times
- Contributing and assisting with the implementation of people strategies in line with the global framework
- Contributing and assisting with the development of short, medium and long term plans that are comprehensive and effective at meeting business goals and targets
- Coach management teams in people management skills, driving continual improvement to performance
- Providing advice and guidance to management
- Providing Head of Service Delivery/Head of UK HR Operations with management information which will assist them to run and plan the business effectively
- Supporting management with appraisals, talent management, career development and incentive compensation processes for field employees
You must be CIPD or part CIPD qualified (graduate calibre), have experience of UK employment law along with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and HRMS programmes, ideally Oracle. Project management skills/experience and a business/commercial focus will be a distinct advantage as will experience in change management.
You will be able to work within a multicultural environment throughout all levels of the business, have excellent relationship management and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
