Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a Financial Services start-up in Bristol.

You will be responsible for implementing all HR services through this demanding growth phase of the business.

You must have experience in:

  • Discipline and Grievance
  • Resourcing
  • Performance Management
  • Policy development and implementation
  • Process implementation
  • Payroll management (although this is outsourced, you will be the point of contact within the business)
  • Organising and monitoring training
  • Developing a staff handbook.
  • Stakeholder Management

The ability to manage demanding customers is essential.

Due to the nature of the business, Financial Services experience is highly desirable as well as experience of working with the FSA.

Salary:

£30,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
