This is a really exciting role to join one of the few remaining legacy manufacturing businesses in the Midlands.
A prestigious brand with history dating back to the turn of the century, my client is now looking for an experienced HR Manager to head up HR for the Sales and Marketing business area of 450 people.
As HR Manager you will be responsible for the following areas:-
- Organisation Design, Development & Culture
- Recruitment & Retention Activity
- Employee Relations, Communication & Involvement
