Our client is a large organisation based in London looking for an HR Manager on a six month contract to be based in one of their divisions in south london. They have recently won a new contract in the healthcare sector and are looking for an experienced HR generalist to be involved in the mobilisation of this new contract in all areas including TUPE, harmonising terms and conditions, redeployment and change management. You will also be involved in the early stages of handover to identify any issues that need resolving. You will work closely with the wider HR Team and with the unions. It is essential that you have worked on change projects in public and private sector environments and experience dealing with unions is essential. Ideal candidates would have experience in the NHS Sector and be familiar with Agenda for Change. Strong influencing, decision making and communication skills are also essential. Immediate Start
