Candidates must have either worked in an HR shared service centre previously or have some HR experience of a generalist nature gained in a professional best practise HR environment.
Applicants, graduates or graduate calibre embarking on or doing CIPD currently, must have exceptional communication/interpersonal skills, have great HR admin., experience with an eye for detail and be computer literate.
Above all candidates will be enthusiastic, passionate about doing a good job with a can do attitude.
