Hr Officer – Cambridge
Upto £32,000 Growing Manufacturing/Engineering Business
Through to growth our client is looking to recruit an
experienced HR Officer to provide a first class service to their multisite
business.
Reporting into the Head Of HR you will be expected to
work largely independently taking control of your client group (C300 staff) advising
on a range of issues including;
·Policy updating and creation in-line
with changing legislation
·Disciplinaries – advising and
coaching line managers.
·Managing grievances
·Recruitment of skilled and unskilled
workforce
·Workforce planning with senior
management team
·Pay review and negotiation with
staff and representatives
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or part
qualified, proven experience of success in an operational HR advisory
role.You will need to have first hand
experience of leading grievance and disciplinaries. As well as managing
recruitment from creation of job spec, advertising and sourcing through to
offer and contracts.Candidates from
manufacturing, engineering or distribution backgrounds would be ideal however
other sectors will be considered.
