My client is an established national recruitment business with offices in all major cities throughout the United Kingdom. In terms of size they're considered a medium size business.
It isn't there objective to be the biggest rather the best in there chosen areas of expertise.
My client prides itself on there ability to satisfy the needs of clients by providing high quality candidates through the application of specialist recruitment know-how.
Role
You will work with existing clients and be tasked with developing new business.
You will recruit roles within the HR space ranging from 'Junior HR Administrators' through to 'HR Managers'. Depending on your preference you will have the flexibility to recruit temporary, contract or permanent roles.
Your clients will be within the commerce and industry and public sector.
Individual
You will have 2-3 years HR recruitment experience.
You are a self starter who has strong communication skills, a desire to succeed and the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
