Our client, a Public Sector organisation is looking for an HR Manager to join the team. You will have responsibility for the implementation of the HR Strategy, lead, manage and develop the HR team as well as deliver key projects.
You will be involved in setting key performance targets, providing leadership whilst working with the HR team, implement a benefit and reward strategy, TUPE as well as overseeing the development of the HR system.
It is essential that you are MCIPD qualified or equivalent with a strong track record of successful implementation of HR policies and programmes in a variety of context and levels. You will need to demonstrate experience of HR strategy development.
