The key purpose of this role is to advise the business at a local, group and international policy level. The role will be working in the HR Centre Birmingham (Shared Services) team for the wider HR team, International HR team and Partners; to deliver practicable HR tailored solutions with regards to Policy; taking into account potential legal, reputational, geographical, internal, relationship, process or regulatory risk.
The candidates we are interested in hearing from would be candidate who have:
-Awareness of UK, International HR and Business policies.
-Experience of working in an International matrix structure and International knowledge in HR Service Delivery for at least 3 years.
-Previous International assignment and benefits experience on a Global scale.
-Proven track record of UK and International delivery.
-Ability to work with minimum supervision in an autonomous and independent way.
-Capable of working under tight deadlines in a fast paced, matrix environment.
