Job DescriptionHuman Resource Services (HRS) Technology is a strategic priority for our Human Resource (HR) Management business within HRS.Our on-line services business within HR Technology is growing rapidly and a requirement has arisen for two Senior Associates to join our successful team in order to help deliver client projects and maintain our growing portfolio of services.Current technology capability in HRS is focused on our proprietary on-line software and implementation services in International Mobility and Reward and both roles will be predominantly focussed on this area. Working as part of a team, you will see projects through from start to finish, taking a key role in ensuring that all aspects of the project run to plan. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of large global clients both in the UK and overseas.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a fast moving, leading edge and rewarding environment, providing services that our valued highly by our clients.RequirementsThe successful candidate will have experience and an understanding of: Working with similar technologies in a 'Big 4' or large top tier accountancy firm. Delivering technology projects to clients within this arena. HR or Tax exposure in a ?Big 4' or large firm environment. Supporting and/or maintaining HR or Tax software with direct exposure to clients. Handling multiple concurrent projects. Managing conflicting priorities and working to tight deadlines. Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels. ResponsibilitiesIn your role you will help us to achieve the following; Capture client requirements accurately and assist with turning these into meaningful business solutions. Deliver client facing projects on time and on budget. Assist with the configuration of the software platforms for client requirements. Build and maintain relationships with our clients. Assist with the on-going maintenance of the technology platforms. Work with and manage the development team as required.
