A construction and engineering company is seeking to appoint an H&S Manager with a significant construction plant background to cover their plant services operations.
The role will be responsible for the H&S Management System and to deliver compliance with legislation and best practice in terms of health, safety and well-being of employees.
Applicants should be qualified to NEBOSH Diploma level or equivalent with at least two years H&S management experience or 5 years management experience in an operational environment which included H&S responsibility. Credibility with management and gaining the respect of staff are integral to being successful within this role, therefore candidates must be exceptional communicators with a strong understanding of the practical and commercial side of the construction plant industry.
