Hard FM Category Manager - London - £60k plus package
A leading global financial services organisation is looking for an FM category manager with expertise in hard services to join their procurement team in central London
This procurement role will involve:
Taking responsibility for the procurement of hard FM services including property, construction, M&E and capex
Responsible for delivering savings targets and other project and category targets
Meeting with clients and stakeholders to build project requirements
The following procurement skills are required:
In-depth hard FM procurement category knowledge
A proven track record in sourcing projects and the ability to work autonomously without guidance
Strong strategic sourcing and stakeholder management skills
