45960180 Hard Services Facilities Manager North West £30000 to £33000 per annum Permanent jobs Updated 16/11/2009 18:08 Job Role Hard Services Facilities Manager required to provide engineering support to all aspects of the building services installation to site engineering staff including heating, Air-conditioning, building fabric and Mechanical & Electrical Services. Working within the health sector Medical gasses will be included. Coupled with the maintenance challenges of the contract will be the requirement to manage the capital works programme, driving the process from the design stage to completion.
To take on the role of Hard Services Facilities Manager you will need to have a credible M&E background, be able to recognise and resolve technical issues and be comfortable managing capital works with values ranging from £50,000 to £150,000.
