Position Description
As Head Chef / Kitchen Manager, you will be working in a busy kitchen rustling up quality meals at top speed. Your key responsibilities include:- Maintaining a structured kitchen environment to deliver exceptional quality in food- Health and Safety and Food Hygiene measures- Managing a passionate kitchen team to deliver- Maximising the GP through control of costs-Providing a fun, dedicated work environment for the kitchen crew
Required Experience
As the Head Chef / Kitchen Manager, you will require the following experience:- Currently work in either a Sous Chef or Head Chef role- Show a proven track record of maintaining excellent standards through a structured environment- Ability to lead and develop a team.
Salary & Benefits
The salary for this position is between 17500 - 20,000. You will also be eligible for 20 days holiday per year, health insurance, pension scheme and staff discounts. Meals on duty are provided.
