We are actively seeking a Kitchen Manager or Head chef for this excellent innovative high street deli and grab and go restaurant. This is a privately owned business with future plans to open further shops in the next two years. The food is exciting, freshly produced and offers excellent value. Customers can chose a salad or sandwich off the shelf or have it made up to order with your choice of ingredients. Hot food and soups are prepared on site also and your knowledge and innovation on modern suitable dishes will be needed.
Ideally you will have been working for a minimum of 2 years in a similar senior position as a Head chef of a branded style restaurant.Proven man management skills and knowledge of working with specifications are also preferred. You will be managing a team of four and be responsible for the over seeing of the kitchen that serves upwards of 300 transactions per day. Supervision and training of all kitchen staff is an important part of this role together with working within the company guidelines,
