This outstanding 80-cover restaurant in Central London is looking for a superb head chef. Part of a hotel the client is looking for a chef that can implement and maintain a fantastic food offering, The hotel is looking to gain a reputation for superb food in this modern Brasserie style operation, and make it a talked about destination restaurant. Reporting to an Executive Chef you will be responsible for heading up a team of 20 chefs. You will be able to develop your own innovative menus using the finest ingredients, to create an exciting choice of modern European dishes. This is a busy operation and it requires excellent organisation skills as well as a hands on approach in the kitchen to be successful.
You will need to have proven experience in a busy restaurant environment as either a Head Chef or a Senior Sous Chef. You will need to demonstrate that you are a very ambitious cook, with a true passion for cooking excellent food. Hard working you will be self-motivated to build a successful business and team, together with showing excellent all round management skills.
