An exceptional Head chef is needed to join this stunning contract catering unit to head up a staff restaurant serving up to 1100 covers with exceptional food. Working with a team of 4 chefs you will have the responsibility of the development of all menus and food concepts.You will have a proven career history within good restaurants or hotels and previous experience in a contract catering unit.
Proven man management skills area must together with a calm nature an obsessive desire to succeed, and an ambition to move the business forward. Good team leadership skills are a must with self motivation, this role would suit an individual who thrives under pressure, and has a dynamic personality, with high energy and drive.The ideal candidate will be very confident and hard working.
In return this position will offer you daytime working hours between Monday – Friday. Plus company benefits.
