Salary
Negotiable but circa £38,000 per annum
Client Information
A superb new opening 35 cover Sushi restaurant in Central London, is looking to recruit Head Sushi Chef to manage, train and develop a small team. You will be required to produce and develop sushi to the highest quality, with the freshest of ingredients with creativity and innovation. You will be joining a renowned and stable company that can offer good working hours together with great working conditions.
Candidate Specifications
To apply for this role you must have trained and developed your career with Japanese techniques ideally in Japan. Minimum experience of 6 years is required together with recognised qualifications for a trained Sushi chef. You will be an organised and be able to demonstrate good all round people and management skills. Ideally we are looking for UK based applicants, but international based candidate with the necessary working documents will also be considered.
