As a Head Chef with us, you’ll be working at the very heart of our vision to make every National Trust experience an unforgettable one, for our visitors, and for you.
With a strong catering background, you’ll work sociable hours (no split shifts), employing your fastidious standards to maximise profit and minimise waste whilst producing consistently delicious dishes from fresh, local ingredients. We’re also looking for a Certificate in Food Hygiene, an understanding of Health and Safety, as well as a natural flair for communication and leadership.
In short, you’ll inspire all those around you, whilst in turn being inspired by your surroundings every day.
