Chef reqd for new kitchen within existing bar in Portsmouth.
Must have experience in Mexican or Spanish Tapas/Cuisine and be NVQ 3 or 4 or equivalent qualified.
Immediate Start – temp to perm
Need to set up the kitchen from scratch, write menu’s, recruit and train staff eventually once the food side of the business has developed, order stock, costings and working to a GP
40 hours per week.
£8-12 per hour depending on experience
