It is part of an established group which has a good reputation for preparing using good quality ingredients effectively and sympathetically.
Head Chef
Today’s menu consists of Pan seared Cornish cod, Highland Game Pie, Cep Risotto, Slow roasted Somerset pork belly in cider etc., + traditional favourites.Prepared with fresh ingredients this seasonal menu gives the customer the variation and a high standard of culinary fare as well as giving the Head Chef the opportunity to introduce his/her new ideas and suggestions.
The established team looks forward to working alongside a Head Chef who can provide the leadership, training and support required in his role.
Accommodation is provided for the Head Chef
This is an opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join a secure, recognized and reputable company where you can enjoy leading the team.
There is accommodation + £28,000 per annum salary for the Head Chef with Accommodation included. (not deducted)
