Our client, a North London Local Authority is currently recruiting for an interim Head of Finance for their Environment directorate, reporting to the Director of Finance.
This is a demanding short term post, working with directors and senior managers to manage the financial function for the directorate.
As this is an interim position it is required that the successful candidate has extensive experience at Head of Finance level particularly from an Environment or Regeneration directorate of a Council. A robust and dynamic team manager is needed to have an immediate impact on the team, therefore relevant experience is essential.
Full CIPFA/CCAB qualification is required, however our client may consider candidates who are qualified by experience.
