We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to help lead this superb pastry operation.This outstanding 5 star London hotel has an excellent restaurant, coffee shop, smart lounge offering afternoon tea, and a good conference and banqueting trade. You must be a forward thinking passionate pastry chef who shows creativity, flair with exceptional skills, as all items from the pastry are made on site. To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a career in top end hotels or restaurants as the Executive chef is looking for the best.
Good management skills are essential to this role as you will be responsible for delivering high quality desserts and pastries throughout the hotel. Superb leadership skills together with the ability to motivate and organise a team are the right attributes of the ideal candidate.
