Our client is an established managing agent overseeing prestigious blocks and estates throughout the UK. They manage iconic estates comprising of flats, houses, gardens and facilities including swimming pools and gyms.
They require a Concierge / Building Manager / Head Porter for a residential position dealing with resident demands, enquiries and welfare as well as on site facilities (Gardens/Swimming Pool / Security etc.) and the estate team (Cleaners/Gardeners etc.)
As a Concierge / Building Manager / Head Porter you will have experience of dealing with: -
·Demanding residents in high end estates
·Contractors and delivery drivers face to face
·Overseeing basic security issues, basic maintenance and reporting incidents to line managers as required
·Greeting residents politely while overseeing porters, caretakers, cleaners and gardeners
·Maintaining hallways, corridors and facilities to a high standard
·Supervising deliveries and sign ins to site
·Any other issues in accordance with keeping the grounds, estate, residents and managing agent happy.
The Concierge / Building Manager / Head Porter will be proactive anticipating residents / estate needs before issues arise. They will react quickly when instructed on any issues by residents.
Suffice to say, the successful Concierge /Building Managers / Head Porters will be immaculately presented, have excellent written and spoken English, be polite, health & safety aware, a can do attitude, work on their own initiative, be prepared to work beyond standard hours if the situation demands it and able to cope under pressure. They will be used to dealing with very demanding residents who pay a premium for living in a prestigious development with top class facilities.
Concierge / Building Managers / Head Porters MUST HAVE ELIGIBILITY TO REMAIN AND WORK IN THE UK PERMANENTLY and be able to provide full, reference checked work history.
Successful Concierge / Building Managers / Head Porters will have full CRB checks carried out on them prior to employment.
Remuneration is negotiable based on experience and location but will fall in the region of £20-30k.
