The ideal candidate must pordive extreme care to customers of
the hotel restaurant and the overall organistaion of the restaurant team.
The candidate must come from a Michellin star background and must have
restaurant management experience.
This 2 * star Michellin restaurant requires a candidate who
can demonstrate attention to detail, effective teamwork and communicate to all
levels of staff.
Fluency in French and English are preffered and
qualification within catering is essential.
