We are seeking to appoint an interim manager to lead on assessment and care management for older people, at a time of rapid change.The role will report to the Director of Health & Social Care Provider Services and the Head of Adult Social Care.
Key tasks
- Management of independence, well-being and choice inspection
- Development of personalisation
- Budget management
- Management of Older People
Candidate profile
- Significant and recent senior management experience in adult social care, preferably at Assistant Director level
- Strong performance management focus, including successful delivery of service inspections
- Strong budget management track record
- Commitment and track record in integrated working across health and care
- High level policy knowledge and implementation track record, to include safeguarding, personalisation and well-being
- Strong user, carer and third sector focus in a diverse community.

You have to be experienced Adult Social Care Manager with recent experience of managing organisational change.
