Head of Business Performance - Geneva
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity: to lead the interface of the finance team with the business and the Group in all matters regarding business performance.
The department currently has a significant Change Agenda underway. This will drive improvements in reporting, analytics, planning and systems to achieve a superior level of financial control and reporting efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, budgeting & performance measurement
- Analyse & communicate performance
- Lead development of Business Partnership model ensuring a quality service to the business
- Lead the development of the Essbase SMART system as it applies to all reporting and control responsibilities.
The role requires a strong qualified accountant ( ACA / CIMA / ACCA ) with experience of financial planning in the financial services industry. You must have a proven ability to lead, develop and manage a team. You will be able to drive through change and have proven process management skills. Posses strong analytical skills with a commercial bias, and an excellent grasp of business drivers is essential. Finally you must be proactive, dynamic and a self-starter.
