Our City Centre client is looking for an experienced Head of Department to run the Capital Projects Team.
This fantastic opportunity is initially a 3 month appointment- at the end of which, the candidate if suitable, would be invited to interview for the permanent position.
Suitable candidates will be responsible for the strategic provision of our clients Estate and Construction Projects to meet the Corporate needs of the service across England and North Wales.
You will be required to act as the Project Director on each major development, leading, motivating and controlling mulit-disciplinary Senior Management teams of internal and external professionals.
Applicants must have a recognised construction related professional qulaification, relevant director experience managing major building projects, and a full UK driving licence.
