This is an exciting opportunity at a strategic and operational reward management level where you will be responsible for the provision of expert knowledge and skills in reward in order to influence, challenge and support global business strategy and plans.
Review existing and implement new best practice Global Compensation and Benefits strategy and policies to ensure a competitive market position and performance enhancing compensation.
Develop and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, work closely with business partners to develop and review reward practices, ensure effective communication of C&B to employees. Lead the implementation of the global reward strategy and ensure a consistent delivery and interpretation across the organisation, undertake projects such as IA policy review, trend analysis and implement LTI plans.
Proven experience of designing and implementing Compensation & Benefits strategy is vital for this role, together with experience of international/ global reward (particularly Asia markets). Current knowledge and practice of Expats/ International Assignee policy is highly desired, along with confident communication skills in order to challenge decisions and influence change. Candidates will have previously worked within global multi-sited organisations and will be happy to support a population of under 5,000.
