The successful candidate will manage and take responsibility for the strategic development and direction of the digital team, delivering high quality solutions to the company's key clients. Working with the senior management team, you will develop the digital strategy within the organisation and identify new business prospects with current and new clients to ensure continued growth for the business in a digital capacity. Applicants must have a broad knowledge of digital media including website build, E-commerce, SEO/PPC, Web 2.0, Social Media, usability & accessibility, email marketing etc. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and strategic thinking. Agency experience is essential, as is proven experience of developing client relationships and working with big brands.
