This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a high potential revenue stream for a sucessful retailer.
Managing a team of 5 you will be responsible for maximising the sales and contribution of the Franchise Channel through the existing estate and by growing store numbers, focusing on profitable growth and capitalising on every opportunity.
You will produce, continuously evolve and deliver the three year Franchise Strategy to optimise the size of the Franchise business and maximise the channel's contribution. You will also build relationship at a senior level both internally and externally, being the face of the franchise business.
You will come from a strong retail background with detailed knowledge and understanding of the Franchise Industry, be able to develop and sustain good relationships with key customers and business partners and influence without line management.
