They will work in a consultancy capacity with the business leaders and develop the employee relations strategy for the Division. They will lead on the consultation and negotiation activities with the Trade Unions at an important time of change. Leading a team, they will provide expert ER advice across the business and to their colleagues in HR. In addition they will work as a deputy to the HR Director and have the broaderManagement experience to lead a Senior team.
Degree educated and Professionally accredited, you will be an expert in the field of Employee Relations and broader HR Management. You will have the personal credibility and approach to thrive in a corporate Head Office environment and will have a proven track record from within large commercial Blue Chip organisations. You will have a strength in the management of Trade Unions. In addition to ER you will ideally have worked in a Head of HR role and be able to step up and deputise for the HR Director.
