Head of Investment Banking (IT Recruitment Sector)
£55,000 - £65,000 OTE £100,000-£120,000 plus excellent benefits and possible share options.
Our client is a UK based well established, profitable organisation within the IT recruitment sector specialising within the Financial Services, Professional Services and Corporate sectors. They offer Search, Selection and Contingent solutions as well as interim management and contractors.
They are looking for recruitment professionals with a proven sales track record and high quality service delivery. You will need to have a minimum of five years experience within the IT recruitment arena working within Account Director, Account Development and New Business Development roles and have a sales background selling into financial clients and investment banks. You will have excellent client facing skills and a desire to keep our client ahead of its competition by providing a world class recruitment service.
Working closely with the Board Director you will initially be responsible for working with a small team of consultants and assuming a leadership role. Therefore you need to possess some man management experience, managing small teams, recruiting, managing and establishing good working relationships with team members
