Head of Online Marketing Fashion/Retail

Head of Online Marketing is required for one of the highstreets leading fashion brands. You will be responsible for leading the online marketing activity to cost effectively drive acquisition & retention of customers to the website.
Key responsibilities include;
*Driving traffic to the E-commerce web site through cost effective online marketing and CRM
*Developing and maintain a cost effective affiliate marketing, SEO and pay per click programs
*Developing an online marketing plan that takes full advantage of key trading opportunities
*Focusing on the UK market but also roll-out programs across Europe where viable
*Managing and develop the eCommerce CRM Manager
*Overseeing the development of a CRM program that maximises revenue per customer over time
*Establishing key reporting and analysis to measure the success of all online marketing activity
*Managing costs effectively so as not to exceed budget - look for cost saving initiatives where possible
*Ensuring all design, copy and imagery used is on brand an relevant to our target audience
*Maintaining the brand tone-of-voice in all activity undertaken
*Developing service level agreements and manage all 3rd party agencies to agreed standards
*Playing a lead role in delivering the sites 2nd Generation web site Inputting to development of an international E-commerce business
*Ensuring the site is 'optimised' for search achieving SEO best practice
*Developing a knowledge of competitor online marketing strategies and subsequent opportunities
It is essential that you have atrack record of working within a similar position for a fashion retailer.
