One of the most prestigious property and planning companies in the UK is now looking to recruit a Director of Planning to Head up their North- West operation. With over 25 dedicated Planning professionals based within 5 offices nation wide, you will be joining an established contingent and will look to take the business forward from their Manchester office by building on current business leads.
With over 50 years experience in the property and planning profession, the business has already established themeslves within all sector of the planning market including retail and leisure, environmental projects, regeneration, residential and commercial, and are currently working with clients such as Asda Stores, Morrisons, Lidl, HSBC Bank, First Group and Sommerfields.
As the role will include heading up their North- West office, you will ideally have current experience at Director level within a private sector consultancy. You will also be a Member of the RTPI and have Business development experience. Also a good knowledge of retail capacity and Impact assessments, residential and employment land availability studies and master planning would be ideal.
