46016266 Head of Recruitment & Talent South East £80000 Permanent jobs Updated 23/11/2009 18:38 Job Role Due to predicted ten-fold growth over the next 5 years, there is the need to recruit the businesses first Head of Recruitment & Talent. This role will be key to ensuring that the business recruits & retains the right people to help drive that growth. Initial priorities will include:
Build and drive a best-in-class, commercial recruitment function, aligned to the individual business units. This will mean creating and driving recruitment process from cradle to grave, including evaluating current providers, implementing a recruitment & candidate management system globally and bringing best practice recruitment solutions to the business. There will also be line management responsibility for 3 recruitment business partners.

You will first and foremost be an expert in recruitment and have a passion for linking successful recruitment process to business success. You will have ideally having implemented a recruitment system in a blue chip business.
You will have worked both for a recruitment consultancy as well as having run an in-house recruitment function and experience of setting up a recruitment function would be advantageous. You will also have done a wider `talent` role within a large corporate business and can clearly demonstrate added commercial value in this area
