The business has been doubling in size year on year and with a headcount of c600 employees this is set to continue.
Through an HR transformation programme resulting out of growth, the organisation are looking to appoint specialists into the team, whereby a new role has been created as Head of Reward.
Key responsibilities include:
* Responsible for the leadership and daily operations of the reward agenda utilising personal expertise, immediate team, HR change and external vendors and partners to produce leading edge, relevant, commercially viable reward strategies.
* Administer and coordinate the delivery of global compensation plans (i.e annual bonus, salary review, benefits and shareplan) on behalf of the HR team.
* Work with senior managers in the business and especially the Group Head of Sales to help implement sales plans that meet the business goals, are compliant, fair and executed properly.
* Prepare and deliver compensation and benefits communications, training and education to the HR team and wider management and employee base.
* Research and propose recommendations for benefit programs and provisions on a country specific basis, especially to the business development team when assessing new territories.
* Support in the management of benefit program provider relationships (e.g., against contractual service level agreements)
* Assess impact of in-country legislative and taxation changes on
total rewards programs and provisions and propose any
necessary changes
* Ensure that appropriate high calibre C&B individual/s are
recruited to meet the current and future needs of the business utilising fair and
cost effective selection methodologies.
* Supporting the organisation to ensure expatriates are managed in a
professional, efficient manner which is also cost effective for the
organisation. This includes end to end assignment management and
repatriation.
* Own the global HR policy framework for the organisation.
* Ownership of Global HR information systems.
* Line Management of the immediate team, completing all required PDPs and development discussions.
* Work as part of the wider HR senior management team to ensure alignment of the overall agenda with the direction of the business.
Experience required:
* Setting a reward strategy within a sales-driven workforce
* International experience, primarily EMEA.
* Deep expertise in global compensation and benefits, especially in building a reward framework for a fast-paced, high growth organisation.
* Best practice delivery and leadership of reward strategies,
including sales plans, global bonus plans, benefits packages, total compensation
strategies and some experience of international assignments.
* Innovative reward solutions for a rapidly growing entrepreneurial organisation.
* Commercial skills and ability to manage and forecast budgets.
* Leadership, emotional maturity, resilience and ability to work in a complex
matrixed organisation with a range of stakeholders.
* Demonstrable success of positioning reward in the mix of building
organisational capability.
* Track record of delivery and able to move between strategic direction and
operational delivery on a daily basis.
