Excellent opportunity to join a large media owner! Head of Sales / Head of Online Sales / Media Sales Manager / Head of Digital Sales. You must have a proven senior sales background in thedigital space, a strong understanding of the SME marketplace and experience building or managing a significant sales team.
The following characteristics are key to this role: Dynamic and enthusiastic with a self-starting and ‘can do’ approach to sales; Strong organisational and management skills atuned to building and running a sizeable sales team; Background in digital sales with a strong appreciation of SME needs / requirements; Delivery oriented with a clear track-record in meeting sales targets and objectives.
Working as the Head of Sales / Head of Digital Sales you will be required to: Define the commercial sales approach and formulate the strategy including commercial product set, pricing architecture and customer segmentation; Build (and recruit) the field and telesales team; Manage customer relationships and retention; Deliver against key business development priorities.
